Welcome to Feline Alliance! We are a
501c3 non-profit in the Denver metro area. We provide
information on resources that are available for cat owners and
colony caretakers. Our goal is to create a
collaborative coalition to help all felines in our area and
throughout Colorado.

The IRS has published the first
Automatic Revocation of Exemption List. It lists
approximately 270,000 nonprofits whose tax-exempt status has
been revoked because they failed to file a Form 990, 990-N,
990-EZ, or 990-PF for three consecutive years.
